Hi there, I’m Christina! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist from Manchester, MD and a proud member of the Monarch team since early 2025. I graduated in 2024 from the European Medical School of Massage in Pennsylvania, where I developed a strong foundation in both medical and therapeutic bodywork. Alongside my role at Monarch, I also serve clients throughout Lancaster and Berks County, PA.

My work is rooted in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, therapeutic relaxation (Swedish), and Thai/Floor massage. I also draw from my academic background in psychology, neuroscience, and biology from Goucher College to bring an informed and holistic perspective to each session.

Everyone carries their own patterns of discomfort, restriction, and pain. My intention is to meet you exactly where you are, blending intuition, skill, and presence to support a meaningful mind-body-soul connection in each session.
