Hello! I’m Christina, and I’m so excited to bring massage therapy to Monarch! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist from Manchester, MD and a 2024 graduate of the accredited European Medical School of Massage in Pennsylvania. My favorite modalities include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, therapeutic relaxation, and Thai/floor massage. Prior to practicing bodywork, I attained a BA in psychology from Goucher College, with special interests in neuroscience and biology. In addition to my hometown, I also work as an LMT in Lancaster and West Reading, PA. Every human experiences pain, discomfort, and restrictions. I strive to honor the mind-body-soul connection in each session, working with you to achieve your best self.
